Subject: I support the community letter to put students first at MLK Academy

Dear Superintendent Huffman and SMCSD Trustees,

I support the community letter dated February 4, 2024 to put students first in our district. Please bring forward a plan to reduce at least $1M in administrative costs before proposing impacts to children in the classroom. MLK Academy students need more support and intervention, not less.
